Our Story
It all (re)started in Las Vegas. Romance was certainly not in the air, but we somehow found each other in a crowded nightclub and quickly bonded over being high school classmates and planning our next reunion together. Some will say it was Zedd’s “Clarity” that gave Sandesh the courage to ask Cass on a date back in New York.
A few weeks later, we met for what Cass claimed to her friends that night to be “the best date ever.” Words and laughter flowed all evening, and neither of us wanted it to end. Less than a month after that first night, Sandesh found himself on a flight to Mexico City to join Cass on her digital nomad adventure.
We spent two weeks in Mexico City, enjoying how natural it felt to do life together. Mornings started at our favorite coffee shop in Condesa before we’d Uber together to the WeWork on Reforma — right across from the Sofitel — to spend the day at our respective tech jobs. The ease of being together floored us, because it felt so ordinary and extraordinary at the same time. Our love felt like it escalated quickly, but we both agreed it was rooted in all the right reasons.
Now we’re growing our lives in New York, where we love staying focused on both the simple things in life and a shared obsession with getting better, whether that's our health, our minds, or the apartment we're slowly making our own. Our love of bringing people together means there's always someone at the table and always something to celebrate. It's a full life, and we’re so excited to continue doing this together for years and years to come.

Sandesh opens Cass' eyes to culture at a Loud Luxury show
Sandesh shared his love of tennis with Cass, which she has also grown to love. Our first US Open final was where we (and the rest of the world) fell in love with Carlitooooooo
Our first big vacation was to Costa Rica, where we realized we love active vacations where we exhaust ourselves physically and enjoy the deepest sleep. We learned to surf for the first time, stumbled upon a local rodeo, and hung out in natural hot springs. Pura vida 🌴
Impromptu trip to Rome for the Italian Open, so Sandesh can see his idol Rafael Nadal (pictured between us) play one of his last matches before retirement. We frolic around Rome and explore cute streets, cozy restaurants, and all the coffee. But more importantly we realized are both happy watching hours and hours of live tennis everyday.
When Cass wanted to start an events business, Sandesh was nothing but supportive and helped her figure out ways to test out the inkling. Pictured here at an annual Halloween party she helped orchestrate.
We moved to DUMBO together, which has been our home for the past 2+ years. We love it here for many reasons: we had our second date here, the daily walks are unreal, and the LifeTime gym has given us a sense of community that we haven't felt in other neighborhoods.
We love hosting Cass' fam for dinners and meals. This was Cass' mom's birthday (fruit tart behind Sandesh's head). The effort always feels fulfilling and we always end the day collapsing into a pleased happiness - another great meal with loved ones complete.
Big smiles from Bali, where we surfed, played lots of tennis, and took relaxing walks in Sanur.
Sandesh came to Hong Kong for a night to meet Cass' grandma. Despite the language barrier, it was a really fun day filled with laughs and emotional connection.
Seeing hot air balloons in Mexico City
Cass' first family vacation with Sandesh's family was in Mexico City, where we showed them our favorite parts of the city, had really great food, and flew in hot air balloons!
